Natalie Trent

Natalie was born in Denver, CO, and raised in Seattle, WA.  She has now lived abroad for over half her life and always dreamed of settling in France and running a B&B. Passionate about food, she became an internationally-trained personal chef with extensive knowledge of cuisines from around the world.

She has been living in the Minervois wine region in the South of France for over 10 years now, as La Dolce Vita, B&B and private eatery, was one of her dreams come true.  While looking for the perfect village in the south, she lived in Burgundy on a floating canal barge for 2 years learning the cultures of beautiful France. Being from the International city of Seattle, she got the travel bug and a lust for new experiences early on, so she started traveling & living abroad at a young age.  Her Italian and Bolivian life chapters, plus extended visits to Belize, Chile, Mexico and Europe influenced her and her unique B&B.  Her passion for things eclectic, travel and international fusion cuisine has brought her full circle to her current Bohemian lifestyle in the small village of Azille, and the surrounding area that she has come to know quite well.
