Anglesey Halen Mon Sea Salt - White and Smoked
David and Alison Lea-Wilson’s Anglesey Sea Salt Company harvests arguably the most pure, flavorful, and brilliantly white product of the genre, known around the world as Halen Mon Sea Salt. It comes in two varieties – pure white and smoked. Prince William’s helicopter base and sea salt production share a common bond in Wales – both are based in the tiny town of Anglesey. I’ve given up on the former coming to my home, and instead, have welcomed the latter.
