Roman Payne is the founder of the fast-growing social-network site CulturalBook.com, and in 2012 became the Editor-in-Chief of the literary magazine LiteratureMonthly.com.

Roman Payne is an expatriated Europe-based literary fiction novelist who writes in English and French.  He has five books in print: four English-language novels: Crepuscule, Cities and Countries, Hope and Despair, and Rooftop Soliloquy, and one bilingual French/English long-poem: The Basement Trains / Les trains souterrains.  Recent international acclaim for his work has brought his novels to the attention of translators and publishers in several European countries and they should soon be available in multiple languages.  Payne was born in Seattle, USA.  Most of his youth was spent traveling, writing, painting, and playing the classical guitar.  Payne has lived in Paris, France for the last eleven years of his life. In Paris, Payne was involved in the socialite scene, organizing luxury parties through his website: ParisGuestlist.com.  He now aims to spend the majority of his time writing novels, and the rest of his time on CityRoom, CulturalBook, and LiteratureMonthly.  In his spare time, he enjoys running, yoga, skiing, and adventure.
